This is a second attempt at making Piñata cookies. I saw a recipe online and instantly fell in love with the idea. The recipe on the site was not sticking together well, so the layers just fell apart. I decided it would be a better idea to just use a different recipe and one color (in this case, no color) and just decorate the outside. These cookies are a delightful novelty and I highly recommend making them especially with/for kids.
