Using the left over dough from my chrysanthemum pizza, I decided to make some garlic knots.
Yields about 15

Directions
Stretch/roll out the dough to about 1/8" thickness.
Cut strips into 5"-6" lengths. Then roll them into logs.
Tie into a loose knot and place 2" apart on a sheet pan lined with foil.
Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle kosher salt over the tops.
Bake 20 min at 350 degrees.
While the knots are baking, melt 1/4 cup of butter in a small, microwave safe bowl.
Mix in 1 1/2 Tablespoons of minced garlic, 1/4 tsp of oregano, 1/4 tsp of poultry seasoning.
When the knots are finished baking, immediately brush with butter-garlic mixture. Then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Enjoy as is or with a marinara dipper.
